Shelf life and storage conditions:

Chilled product at relative humidity of 85%-90% and temperature from -1°C to 0°C for 2 days;

Frozen product at relative humidity of 95%-98% for 4 months at a temperature not exceeding -12°C; 6 months at a temperature not exceeding -18°C; 7 months at a temperature not exceeding -20°C; 10 months at a temperature not exceeding -25°C.

Transportation conditions: in isothermal vehicles with installed cooling equipment, which ensures the preservation of product quality in accordance with the rules of transportation of perishable goods operating on the corresponding mode of transport.
