Ingredients: meat ingredients 100% (lean pork, semi-fat pork, chicken fillet, pork back fat), with nitrite salt and table salt added. It also contains a flavoring mixture composed of spice extracts (garlic, paprika, red pepper, cumin, ginger, nutmeg), maltodextrin, and dextrose. Additionally, there’s a functional additive comprising a protein blend and a combination of simple enzymes. The formulation includes acidity regulators (E575, E578), nutmeg flavoring, a mixture of red and black peppers, sugar, and a combined color stabilizer of blood hemoglobin and antioxidant E301.
Nutrition per 100 g of product: fats – not more than 65.0 g, of which saturated fats – 18.0 g, carbohydrates – 0.2 g, of which sugars – 0.2 g, proteins – not less than 12.0 g, salt – not more than 6.0 g.

Shelf life: Under vacuum: the product should not exceed 60 days. When vacuum-packed as a whole, it can last up to 90 days, while when sliced into portions, it can last up to 45 days.
Storage conditions: at air temperature from 0°С to +6°С and relative air humidity of 75%-78%.
The casing is inedible.
