Nutrition per 100 g of product: fats – not more than 45.0 g, of which saturated fats – 12.8 g, carbohydrates – 0.2 g, of which sugars – 0.2 g, proteins – not less than 15.0 g, salt – not more than 5.0 g.

Energy value / calorie content per 100 g of product: 1979 kJ/473 kcal. 

Shelf life: vacuum-sealed as a whole product for 30 days.

Storage conditions: at air temperature from 0°С to +6°С and relative air humidity of 75%-78%.

The shell is inedible.
