It includes nitrite salt and table salt, as well as a functional mixture consisting of acidity regulators (E575, E578), nutmeg flavoring, a blend of red and black peppers, flavor enhancer E621, dextrose, milk sugar flavoring, and a flavoring mixture comprising smoke flavorings, onion, spices, and spice extracts (paprika, garlic, red pepper, cumin, ginger, nutmeg), and citric acid. Additionally, it contains a colorant, a functional additive consisting of a protein blend and a combination of simple enzymes, and granulated sugar.
