It also contains a flavoring mixture consisting of natural spice extract, identical flavoring, and monosodium glutamate (E621). Additionally, there’s a functional mixture comprising acidity regulators (E575, E578), nutmeg flavoring, a blend of red and black peppers, dextrose, and a flavoring mixture including “Salami” sausage flavoring and yeast. Granulated sugar is also present.
