Ingredients: meat ingredients 100% (lean pork, back fat), with added nitrite and table salt. It also contains an aromatic mixture comprising spice extracts (coriander, clove, nutmeg, ginger), milk flavoring, monosodium glutamate (E621), and dextrose. Additionally, there’s a flavoring mixture including milk sugar and meat flavoring. A functional mixture includes acidity regulators (E575, E578), nutmeg flavoring, a blend of red and black peppers, and granulated sugar.
